I am a full stack product design leader who cut his teeth in the development lab and has been leading teams remotely for over a decade. A Clear Path
To ensure Charter’s industry-leading services reach over 30 million residential and business customers reliably, a unified platform was needed — one that could manage network alarms, work orders, maintenance dispatch, and technician workflows.
I led the redesign of the network alarming experience, reducing tool fragmentation and streamlining operations through user research and goal-driven analytics. The result: a 30% increase in operational efficiency from alarm to repair, AI/ML tools enabling over 1 million proactive customer fixes, and a 99.9% network uptime that consistently delivers 100% of promised speeds.
TechMobile

The Guided Workflow
TechMobile 2.0 is a native mobile app designed for over 30,000 Field Technicians serving more than 30 million Spectrum customers nationwide. Charter was losing millions annually due to inefficient workflows, high operational costs, and inaccurate data — highlighting the need for a unified mobile solution.
By introducing a guided workflow design approach, TechMobile supports technicians throughout their day with contextual tools and real-time information. I led a cross-functional team of 10 from concept through launch and ongoing support, achieving over 8 million monthly activations and driving an 83% increase in reported technician satisfaction.
Spectrum Guide TMC

Super Duper Quality Control
TMC is a custom-built automated load testing platform developed to meet the growing demand for scalable testing of the Spectrum Guide interface, which handles millions of customer interactions daily. Working closely with developers, testers, and business stakeholders, we applied a Google Design Sprint approach and rapid prototyping to design a streamlined system and user experience.
Through extensive research, cross-platform collaboration, and a well-defined framework, we launched the next-generation Spectrum Guide TMC. Over three years, it scaled by over 500%, tripled server capacity, processed millions of interactions, and reduced production issues at scale by 98%

General Mills

As Ramadan approached, General Mills, working with McAnn Worldwide, had designed the new Betty Crocker site, recipe engine and store, a beautiful, responsive design that is bilingual in both Arabic and English, but it lacked a frontend framework robust enough to facilitate the design.
Collaborating closely with the teams, we built a custom, full responsive framework, that integrated with the SiteCore eCommerce backend, seamlessly transitioning between English and Arabic. General Mills saw a 30% increase in traffic a 64% increase in purchase referrals during the holiday.
Michigan State University

The Michigan State University College of Law Animal Historical and Legal Center is the top visited and searched center for up to date animal laws and rules. The site has over 10,000 cases and hundreds of categories, creating a challenging matrix of information for its millions of queries daily.
As the team lead, we architected and designed an updated, easy to navigate legal resource. Setting clear KPIs and tracking user analytic funnels for the millions visitors a month, the results were immediate, traffic increased by 130%, 98% increases in article download and the result a finalist for the Webby Awards.
IBM Price to Win

Because of changing timelines, pricing and availability, IBM Partners were receiving paper quotes for orders that quickly became outdated. This system was causing great confusion between vendors, partners and end customers.
Working closely with the IBM product pricing team, we created this custom portal, complete with its own REST API that delivered quote and sales information back to IBM. With a 96% partner adoption rate within 90 days, this system generated hundred of thousands accurate quotes, realtime to the over 30K business partners.
Experiential Marketing Platform

Manhattan Experiential marketing firm was outgrowing their out of the box management software and needed something far more specialized. This custom Event Management System was a one stop product for planning and delivering the hottest parties with top brands.
Fully responsive, PHP Laravel framework powered web application, hosted on our dedicated server, with a complete end to end, comprehensive, but highly customized for the company’s specific needs. Delivered in conjunction with comprehensive digital marketing campaign, this allowed growth on a national level
Oracle Partner Network

Working with the product marketing vendor, we designed and created a partner portal for their Oracle partners, specifically designed for their offerings. Event management, product purchasing, bulk orders and much more, all through a single, responsive portal.
As the product director, I led the product from concept to launch, running the national sales and marketing campaigns through this single portal, directly integrating with the Vendor’s in-house system for automated fulfillment, increasing product sales by 35%, while reducing overhead costs measurably.
Charter Agent OS

Introducing AgentOS, the innovative, call focused customer call / chat center application that is replacing the “one size fits all” previous toolset. Rather than delivering all account data for the agent to analyze, AgentOS curates the issues and resolution, while still empowering the agent to play a role in helping the customer.
The AgentOS ecosystem launched to great success for the 50,000 Call and Chat Center agents, handling over 8 million customer calls/chats per month. More than just WGAC standards, complete accessibility was a foundation of the planning, design and architecture, with Charter hiring the first fully blind agent in 2025.
Avnet Partnersphere

For over a decade, the Partnersphere application managed the partner marketing network for Avent Technology Solutions, the distribution supply chain for the over 10K global partners, vendors and customers.
I was the Product Lead, responsible for the end to end process of the product, from concept to deployment, including the hosting and hardware integration and ongoing product enhancements. Avent TS was purchased by Tech Data for $2.6B.
